Gomez Tax Service

Established in 1976

Alfredo & Carmen Gomez founded Gomez Tax Service in October, 1976 after Carmen had been preparing tax returns in a lawyer’s office on W. Vernor Hwy. near Clark in Southwest Detroit.  Their daughter, Diana began working with them when they opened the doors in January, 1977.  Years later, Alfredo and Carmen’s youngest daughter, Carmen joined the team.  Sadly, in 1986, suddenly, Alfredo passed away, but left a legacy with his people skills, kind heart and devotion to his family.  Today, Gomez Tax Service continues to serve the community with their low rates, friendly-service and years of knowledge and experience.  We look forward to seeing each and every client year after year.
